So I basically have to see someone else use my old design for one of my OCs….which is not what I wanted when I reluctantly gave them permission to use the design as inspiration to make their own OC a long while back. I even said that, just use as inspiration. I didnt want them to make a copy of my OC with very little changes. 
And what’s also irritating is that they said they understood why I was reluctant in giving them permission, why I seemed upset when they showed me the character, because they feel the same way about their OCs in wanting them to be special. Yet they didnt get the hint that I was uncomfortable with the design being too close with mine, just because they couldnt stand to change much of anything with the design. Heck, they even wanted me to draw the character. Sure they wanted to pay for it, but I just am not comfortable with that. 
I’m also a bit irritated that they gave me credit as being the “species” owner/ creator, but they used my CherryMango name and not the name that I go by on FA, nor did it actually link back to my page. And that they call him a species, even though my OC was created to be the only one of his kind, being MY art block incarnate. Now they’re calling their OC the last of his kind since I redesigned my OC….
It upsets me more that I cant get myself to just say “hey, change your thing because I dont like it”. Instead, all I wanna do is delete my art from the site and leave T-T
idk…im probably overreacting on things…should I even be upset since I changed my character…
