I was tagged on dA to post 8 facts about my sona
so thought i’d post them here too :’v
and since it’s my sona, a couple of things will be a bit based off of me irl

1- Cherry is originally a wild animal that is trying to fit in with human society after spending years alone in the wilderness. They watched from afar for a long time, trying to learn their ways and their speech. Even after years of spending time around humans, some human things still confuse them.

2- Because of being a wild animal they have a tendency to show more animal characteristics, like bounding around on all fours mostly when in a hurry or very excited, screeching, squeaking, purring, chirping, hissing, climbing walls like a gecko, swimming like a crocodile, etc.

3- Because Cherry’s species does not reproduce, they do not have any genitals. The species is only created when extremely rare conditions are met deep in a volcano, making the existence of the species exceedingly rare.

4- Cherry is one of three existing members of the species, the others being Epemetheus and Vasuman. Epemetheus is the oldest (nearly as old as the planet), Vasuman is the middle, and Cherry is the youngest. Despite being the youngest, Cherry is still an ancient being to humans.

5- Cherry loves plants and nature, though being made of lava they are sometimes afraid to touch anything in fear of incinerating it, even while in their protective robotic suit.

6- Being made of lava, Cherry doesn’t have normal organs. Everything that they consume disintegrates almost immediately upon entering the mouth, usually with a loud sizzle/pop. Normally they call anything they are consuming fuel rather than food considering they can eat basically anything.

7- Cherry enters a deep sleep state if they go too long without consuming anything. This leaves them vulnerable and having to rely on someone else to feed them to wake them up, which the person would find very difficult considering Cherry’s “mouth” will only open when Cherry wants it to. This rarely ever happens though (only if Cherry gets very very distracted), since once Cherry feels they are low on energy they can just grab something small around them and eat it until they can find something more sustainable.
The only other time Cherry becomes sleep induced is during cold times, as the cold makes them extremely sluggish and drowsy. 

8- Despite very much wanting to interact with people and make friends, Cherry is very very shy and a bit afraid of people. Often they find themselves hiding away and finding it very hard to say much of anything.
Though once someone starts to become their friend and talks to them enough Cherry becomes horribly attached and will stick to them like glue…possibly becoming an annoyance.
