I mean they kinda heat up randomly outside the suit to a deadly extent anyway because of the inability to control their body heat like they’re supposed to be able to, but even more so with blooshing.
But they also still heat up while in the suit and flustered, its just a lot more controlled.

In regards to the post about your size-shift suit: What if the suit itself is of high technology where it can be able to adjust size due to how much you can condense or shrink your lava bits inside of it? When you feel like going back to your normal size, your lava core produces more lava and your suit has to adjust to it. If your lava-ness is consistent in size, then I don't know, but I hope this may have helped.thats an interesting idea too :o
